Opening in Fall of 2008 on Perkins between Acadian and College Drive

Not only will we be implementing the most advanced technology for draft, but we are also implementing a whole new approach to our design helping to curve our carbon emissions. Some aspects under consideration include:   7000 gallon water tank to capture rain water to be used for our landscaping and toilets Cardboard bailer to recycle all cardboard Reclaimed wood from old buildings for some of our walls and floors Our lighting will be almost totally LED and florescent.  We will be using different bulbs for day and night to still create the same effect as dimmers Our roof will be designed to add solar panels in the future. Our ice machine will be water cooled which is the most efficient, but wastes a lot of water.  To compensate we will direct the water from the ice machine to our water storage for landscaping and out patio fountain.
